How subscriptions work
At New Nordic Australia, you can create a subscription by selecting “Subscribe to save” and add it to your cart and enter your billing and payment details for your first subscription shipment. New Nordic will then continue to send the products to you at your chosen interval until you cancel or change the subscription. When you subscribe to one or more products, your order confirmation will show that they were ordered on a subscription basis. You must be 18 years of age or older to create a subscription.

Subscription discount and pricing
As a subscriber, you get a fixed discount on the normal price of the products you subscribe to. Subscriptions cannot be combined with other discounts or “free gift” promotions on our website.

Changes to the subscription terms
New Nordic has the right to change these subscription terms. Significant changes will be notified with at least one month’s notice. You can find the current version of the terms on our website at newnordic.net.au at any time. If you contact our customer service team, we’ll be happy to email you the current terms.

Changes to your details or cancelling your subscription
If you need to change your subscription, for example your address, delivery interval or card details, or to cancel it, you can do so at any time by logging into your customer account or by contacting customer service at info@newnordic.com.au or on 1300 254 403. There is no binding commitment or minimum purchase when you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time with 48 hours’ notice before your next subscription delivery.

Subscription delivery
Our standard delivery terms also apply to subscriptions and can be viewed in our terms and conditions. We deliver within Australia and New Zealand, and shipping is always free. If you have several products on subscription, they are delivered by the same method to the same address.

Payment for your subscription
To subscribe, payment by credit or debit card is required. By subscribing to one or more products, you agree that New Nordic may automatically and continuously charge the payment card linked to your subscription. The payment is taken each time New Nordic sends your subscription product(s).

How we use your personal data
To enter into a subscription agreement with you, we need the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Information about your purchases
• Card information

We process your personal data to deliver your products and to handle any enquiries about your subscription.

Two small things to double-check: whether the 48 hours’ notice is counted before dispatch or before the card is charged, and whether the 25% discount and free shipping apply the same way for New Zealand orders.
